Mr. Naveed Ahmed, is a well-known, hard-working and versatile business person with a vast experience of 25 years in various fields.

He is a marketing Manager an Advertising Firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and successfully governs it for the last 15 years. He has executed various milestone projects in the field of Advertising and Marketing. Naveed's creative ideas never seem to cease; with an ability to implement them has always played a vital role to his success.

He is also Founder, Chairman and Developers of Watan Constructions, having handed-over a residential project near Lanco Hills, Hyderabad, Watan Constructions has made a remarkable presence in the market. As a debutant in real-estate sector, Naveed had taken extreme care and efforts to make this project a complete success. His positive approach coupled with a sole objective of providing high profile lifestyle to his clients has given him yet another successful venture. He is also an active partner of CITY DEVELOPERS.

Naveed has currently embarked on new concept of Drive-thru Coffee Shops in Hyderabad. Having tie-ups with Bharath Petroleum, a first outlet has been intalled with plans to have many more in years ahead.

Mr. Fareed a well known hard working and versatile business person with vast experience of 10 years in construtions field. He has overseen the construction of many prestigious projects like HMDA approved G+5 building constructed by Watan Constructions at Manikonda and many others.

He is young but has achieved tremendous success in the real estate, construction and housing sector. He is really experienced to handle major projects without compromising on quality or aesthetics, thriving for the best.
